I believe that everyone is on their own unique and fabulous journey through life. Change is possible; you already possess the power you need to make it happen, and with the right support, you will always find the path you need to take.
My 35-year career, which spans both the public and private sectors, has taught me that I genuinely care about the well-being, development, and progression of others. Ever since I first became a manager, I have wanted to help people and contribute to building a better society.
To enhance my ability to support others in a more meaningful and valuable way, I decided to explore the art of coaching and become an Executive Coach. My goal is to empower you and foster your future growth by helping you think and act independently. I aim to be truly useful, rather than just being helpful.
I am a fully qualified Executive Coach. I successfully completed the triple-accredited Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching (PCEC) at Henley Business School. and am a Member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
My coaching skills are built on the strong foundation of my 35-year career, during which I have managed and led exceptional teams across various organisations, both in the UK and abroad, in both peacetime and conflict zones.
I am a husband, father and grandfather. I love and feel loved. I enjoy long-distance running, rowing, sea-kayaking, reading, walking my dog, and socialising with friends and family.
My life is hectic, and wonderfully full.
